Question on order?

If you have a question about your order please make sure that you include your order number in the email.

Faulty item?

Should you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered please send me an email with your order number together with a picture and description of the actual problem. If the fault is reported within 5 days, it will be replaced with a new product.

Questions about a charge on your Credit Card?

You will be billed by PayPal or CCBill, depending on which method you choose. If you pay with your credit card using CCBill, your bank or credit card statement will show the discreet message CCBill * Rihard Fan S. Please note that there will be no trace on the card descriptor when you pay by PayPal, and therefore the card descriptor will just show standard PAYPAL * PAYPAL.
