Track your order
Items are shipped between 1-3 days after the order. Orders are normally sent within two working days after receipt of your order. With DHL Paket International shipments you will receive a Track & Trace number from me as soon as I have shipped your order. This way, you can track your package at all times. All orders sent with Deutsche Post are registered and will be tracked by me. Please contact me in case you would like to know the status of your order.
Delivery service
Packages shipped with DHL Paket International and Deutsche Post will be delivered directly to your door by your local postal service. In case you are not at home, you will be notifed by the local postal service to collect your order from the post office.
Delivery outside the EU
All products on yourtwinklover.shop are tax-excluded from German VAT. Value added tax is not collected, as small businesses according to §19 (1) UStG.
Orders from international customers (outside EU) are calculated net VAT but customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges in their country.
Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.
